| Sage Employee Benefits - CSV Upload |
Description | Once you activate your account and confirm your company details, you can upload your employee details using a CSV file. The file format is first name, surname and email address. |
Resolution | - Visit https://www.sageemployeebenefits.co.uk/engagementhub.
- Enter your email address and password.
- Click Login.
- In Option 2, click the Select button.
- Click Upload File and browse to the CSV file.
- Click Open.
The file is checked at this point to ensure it's in the correct format. If not, a message appears. - Click Next Step, review the details and confirmation.
