  TIP: If you are unable to see the AppData folder you will need to tick show hidden items (in the Show/hide section of the View menu in File Explorer).
 Clear the temp folders from the local computer.Uninstall Sage 200.Remove all Sage 200 files in %USERPROFILE%\AppData\Local\Apps\2.0 Rename the Sage folder in %USERPROFILE%\AppData\Local\Sage to 'OldSage'.Rename the Sage, Sage 200 and IsolatedStorage folders in %USERPROFILE%\AppData\Roaming to ‘OldSage’, ‘OldSage 200’ and ‘OldIsolatedStorage’.Restart the computer.
