| Description | How to check or change the setting in Sage so that the software uses Microsoft Outlook to send your emails. |
| Resolution | Check the setting - In any module, go to Reports then select any report.
- Select the Edit button.
- In the Sage Report Designer window, go to Tools then select Options.
- In the Options window, go to the Email Setup tab.
- In the Default Provider dropdown list, select Microsoft Outlook.
- Press OK.
- In the Sage Report Designer window, go to File then select Save All.
- Go to File then select Exit.
If you're prompted to save changes and you haven't amended the actual report or layout, press No. The software has already saved your mail provider settings. [BCB:130:Limitless - 50 Payroll - Email:ECB] |
