The recommendation would be to remove the add-on fully in order to completely rule out their involvement. The following advice could be followed as a quick test to rule in the bespoke (i.e. if the problem does not occur when the advice is followed then the bespoke would become the prime suspect; the problem continuing to occur does not fully rule out the involvement of the add-ins). It is extremely important that you use a test copy of the affected data and that you replicate the problem in that data set before proceeding. - Launch Sage 200 and open the test data
- Browse to %USERPROFILE%\AppData\Local\Sage\Sage200
- Within this folder you will need to rename folders or individual files that link to your 3rd party add-on
TIP: Compare the folder structure with a default vanilla environment to help you identify what are 3rd party folders and files.
Ensure the folders and files are renamed back when your troubleshooting is complete. |
