Manage your online payslips - Online Bureau
Description

Once you set up Online Bureau, you can view your pending and published payslips.

NOTE: If you use Sage HR Online Services, visit the Sage HR Online Services Hub.

Pending payslips

These are payslips you uploaded from Sage 50 Payroll but aren't available for employees to view yet. You can use this option to view, publish and delete pending payslips.

View pending payslips

  1. Log in to Sage 50 Payroll, select Company.
  2. In the Task menu, select Online Documents Settings.
  3. Select Payslips, then Pending payslips.

Publish pending payslips

  1. Within the payslips portal, select Payslips.
  2. Next to Pending payslips, click Go.
  3. Select the relevant payslips.
  4. Click Publish Payslips.
  5. To schedule your payslips, select Publish on a selected date.
    You can then select the date you want to publish them.
  6. Or, select Publish immediately.
  7. Select Update Payslips.

Delete pending payslips

  1. Within the payslips portal, select Payslips then Pending Payslips.
  2. Select the relevant payslips.
  3. Click Delete, then Delete.

Published payslips

These are payslips that you've published and are available for your employees to view. You can use this option view the payslips, download as a zip file or save as a PDF.

View published payslips

  1. Log in to Sage 50 Payroll, select Company.
  2. In the Task menu, select Online Documents Settings.
  3. Select Payslips, then Published Payslips.
  4. A list of payslips appears, select a line to view the payslip.

Download payslips as a zip file

  1. Click Payslips, then Published Payslips.
  2. Select the relevant payslips then click Download as zip.
    Depending on your Internet browser, the file automatically downloads to your Downloads folder or you're prompted to save the file.
  3. If prompted to save the file, make a note of the file name, for example, payslips.zip.
  4. Browse to where you want to save it, click Save.
  5. To extract the files from the folder, locate and right-click the downloaded folder.
  6. Click Extract All and follow the steps in the Extraction Wizard.

Save payslips as a PDF

  1. Click Payslips, then Published Payslips.
  2. Select the relevant payslips then click Save as PDF.
    Depending on your Internet browser, the file automatically downloads to your Downloads folder or you're prompted to save the file.
  3. If prompted to save the file, make a note of the file name, for example, payslips.pdf.
  4. Browse to where you want to save it, then click Save.
