There can be times when you need to delete a car record, for example, if there's a problem and you need to create the record again.

Delete a car mileage record

1. Select the required employee, click Employee, then click Employee Record.
2. Under the Cars/Fuel tab, ensure that the car details shown on the Cars/Fuel window relate to the car whose mileage records you want to delete.
3. To remove the car mileage record, click Remove Car then click Next.
4. To delete the mileage record for the selected car, click Remove mileage, retain record then click Finish.
5. To delete the mileage record, click Yes.
6. Click Save then click Close.
