1. Select the relevant employee, click Reports, then click Cars & Fuel.
2. Select P46(Car) For Transcription report, then click Print.
3. Ensure your printer settings are correct then click OK.
4. Close the reports window.

You should now be able to transcribe the information printed from Sage 50 Payroll onto an official HMRC Form P46(Car).
