Invoice Payments - View failed transactions
Description
Cause
Resolution

With Sage Invoice Payments you can request and receive payments from your customer by either card, using Stripe, or PayPal. Once paid, any transactions automatically post into Sage 50 Accounts.

If any of these transactions fail or partially fail, the next time you open Sage 50 Accounts, or if you manually synchronise your data, the View failed transactions window appears.

This window gives details of any transactions that have failed. These must be entered manually in Sage 50 Accounts.

Details The details of the failed transaction.
Cust Account The customer for the failed transaction.
Date The date of the failed transaction.
Information Further information with steps on how to resolve.
Type The transaction type of the failed transaction.
T/C The tax code of the failed transaction.
Currency The currency of the failed transaction.
Amount The amount of the failed transaction.

TIP: If you've dealt with all failed payments manually, you can select the Don't show again check box to dismiss the message - It will reappear if any new failures occur.
