With the Bank charges feature in Sage 50 Accounts you can post a bank charge at the same time as you post a customer receipt or supplier payment, so you're finished in half the time. You can see the bank charges you've posted this way in: - View bank charges within the customer or supplier activity.
- The bank charges reports.
View bank charges in activity windows- On the navigation bar, click Customers or Suppliers.
- Click the required customer or supplier record, then click Activity.
- Click View bank charges.
Here you can see the bank charges associated with the selected customer or supplier. Run a bank charge report- On the navigation bar, click Bank accounts.
- Click the required bank account, then click Reports.
- Click Bank charges, then click the required report.
- Click Preview, enter any required criteria, then click OK.
