Change Outlook profile used when emailing from Sage 50 Accounts and Payroll
Description

You can use Sage 50 Accounts or Sage 50 Payroll to email reports and documents to colleagues and employees.

When you do this, your software automatically uses the first profile added to Outlook when sending the email.

Cause
Resolution

To change the profile used, in Windows you must:

  1. Remove all Outlook profiles.
  2. Add the profile you want to use in Sage back on first.
  3. Add the remaining profiles back on.
