To reset your password

• Go to the Sage Provisioning Portal.
• Input your email address and press enter.
• Click on the link 'Forgot your password'.
• Enter your email address and fill in the Captcha box.
• You will then be prompted to enter a verification code. This will be sent to you via email. Enter the code and click on Continue.
• Enter your new password and confirm it in the boxes which appear on screen.
• You will then be taken to your dashboard in the Sage Provisioning Portal. This shows that it has worked.
• Open Sage 200 Standard Online / 200 Education and log in with your new credentials.

To find your email

In the event that you are using the incorrect email address and aren’t sure what the correct one is, speak to a colleague who can log into the Sage Provisioning Portal and check which email address has been used for you.
