1. Click Purchase orders and select the purchase order/s you want to cancel, then click Amend deliveries.
2. Click Off Order, then Close.

 NOTE: If you've completed the order, you can't take it off order. Instead, delete the order, adjust your stock and raise the order again. Follow our guide to delete or reverse a purchase order

The purchase order is now cancelled, with the status of CANCEL.

Place a cancelled order back on order

1. Click Purchase orders and select the purchase orders you want to place back on order. then click Amend deliveries.
2. Click Order, then Close.

The purchase order is now back on order, with status of ON-ORDER.
