Print or email a purchase order or sales order
Description

After creating a sales order or purchase order, you can print or email them to your supplier or customer, or for your own records.

CAUTION: Irish users only- Special legislation exists in the Republic of Ireland regarding VAT requirements when sending and receiving invoices and orders by email. For further information, view the notice on the Revenue website or alternatively you can obtain a copy of the notice from your Revenue Office.


Print an order immediately

  1. From within the relevant order, click Print.
  2. Click Layouts and select the required layout then click Print or Email.
  3. Follow the on-screen prompts as required.

 


Print orders in a batch

  1. Click Sales orders or Purchase orders, select the relevant orders, then click Print.
  2. Click Layouts and select the required layout then click Print or Email.
  3. Follow the on-screen prompts as required.
