Replace your forgotten password with a new one. - Open your company as normal.
- On the Log on to Sage 50 Accounts window, select Forgotten password.
- Answer your security question, select OK.
- Enter a new Password and Confirm password.
- Enter a Security question and Security answer then select OK.
- Log in with your new password.
If the Forgotten password option doesn't appear or you don't know your security question answer, call Sage Technical Support. We can decode your password during the call.
