Once you upload and review your employee details, you can invite your employees.

Send email invites to your employees

Once you set up your salary sacrifice options, your employees automatically receive an invitation email so they can access the Sage Employee Benefits portal.

If necessary, you can re-send invites or send invites to new employees in the Sage Employee Benefits portal. From the Home Page, click Setup, then Re-send invites.

Remove an employee

If necessary, you can remove an employee from the Sage Employee Benefits portal. For example, if an employee leaves your company.

  1. From the Home Page, click Setup.
  2. Click Review or modify employees.
  3. Next to the relevant employee, click Remove Employee.
    • A confirmation message appears to say this will close their account and prevents access
  4. Click Yes.
