Rename the file

  1. Locate the file in the error message.
TIP: Use the Windows Search option to find the file.
  2. Right-click the file and add old to the end of the filename. If Windows states you don't have permission to rename the file, you'll need to:
    • Check your permissions on the folder and file in the error message
    • Check and configure permissions on your data and program directory
  3. Re-install your software, ensuring you're logged into Windows as a user with full administrator privileges.
