To find out why your transaction doesn't appear: Check your transaction information - Go to Transactions and locate the transaction.
- Check the Type column and make sure it's a bank transaction.
- Check that the Account or Nominal column displays the bank account you're reconciling.
- Make sure the Date column shows a date on or before the reconciliation date.
- Check whether the Bank column displays N.
- When you reconcile the transaction, the system displays 'R'.
- If it doesn't apply for reconciliation, it shows a hyphen.
