You can print payslips for your employees as part of the payroll run.

Print a payslip

Once you process your payroll, you can print your employees' payslips.

  1. Select the required employees, then click Payroll.
  2. Click Pre-update Reports.
  3. Click Dot Matrix, Email or Laser.
  4. Click the payslip layout you want to use.
  5. Click Print.
  6. If required select your printer, then click OK.
    NOTE: Payslips print in Employee reference order by default.  You can apply a sort to your payslip to customise this. Add a sort to a document.


If you need to print a payslip for a leaver, but they don't appear on your Employee List:

  1. Select Criteria.
  2. Clear the Current Year Leavers checkbox and, if applicable, Historical Leavers.
  3. Select OK.
