Bank feeds - Error codes and their solutions

Exception code	400
Description	Your request can't be completed due to technical reasons. This error is usually resolved in a few days.
Workaround	Please try again later.

Exception code	401
Description	Your request can't be completed due to request time out. This error appears when too many item accounts result in a refresh lasting longer than the allotted time.
Workaround	Check that you can log in to your online banking account directly. Refresh the account 60-90 seconds after the last refresh. To do this, Sage Accounts > Bank accounts > Bank feeds > Download transactions.

Exception code	402
Description	This error indicates that a script can't log in to the site successfully with the given user credentials. The customer needs to log in to the site, verify the credentials and ensure that the same credentials are submitted to Yodlee.
Workarounds	Check that you can log in to your online banking account directly. Sage Accounts > Bank accounts > double-click the bank record > Update banking password. Web: > check that the website address is the one you normally use for your online banking. Enter your online banking credentials > Update > Close > Close. Bank feeds > Download transactions > if prompted, enter any additional security information.

Exception code	403
Description	Represents a general script failure. This can also happen due to some temporary issues such as the website pages being very slow. This may also be related to an incompatibility between your online bank and the Bank feed service.
Workaround	Check that your bank account appears in our list of supported banks. If your bank is supported, please try again later. If the issue persists, try updating your online banking password in Sage Accounts > Bank accounts > double-click the bank record > Update banking password.

Exception code	404
Description	Your request can't be completed due to temporary technical difficulties.
Workaround	Check that you can log in to your online banking account directly. Refresh the account 60-90 seconds after the last refresh. To do this, click Download transactions.

Exception code	405
Description	Your request can't be completed as the request was cancelled.
Workaround	Please try again.

Exception code	406
Description	The service tried to log in, but received a message that the password has expired.
Workaround	Log into your online banking account and make the necessary corrections or updates. Check that you can now view all of your account information, such as account balances and transactions. Sage Accounts > Bank accounts > double-click the bank record > Update banking password > make any necessary changes to the log in credentials.

Exception code	407
Description	The service tried to log in, but your online banking account is locked.
Workaround	In some sites, the account can be locked for a particular period of time such as one day. In this scenario, try again after that period. If the account is permanently locked, you should contact your bank and follow the appropriate procedures to unlock the account. Sage Accounts > Bank accounts > double-click the bank record > Update banking password > make any necessary changes to the log in credentials.

Exception code	408
Description	The service tried to log in, but your online banking account could not be found.
Workaround	To confirm your account has been set up, visit your online banking website and log in. If you can log in successfully, in Bank feeds try downloading the transactions again.

Exception code	409
Description	The website is temporarily unavailable. These are usually temporary issues.
Workaround	Visit your online banking website and log in to check that you can view your account information. Check that you can successfully access all areas of the site. In Bank feeds try downloading the transactions again.

Description

Your request can't be completed as the site no longer provides online services to its customers.

Workaround

You must remove this bank account from Bank feeds:

Sage Accounts > Bank accounts > double-click the bank record > clear the Enable Bank feeds check-box.

Exception code	412
Description	The website site shows an error message, for example, Out of Memory, Java Servlet Errors or VB Script Error. These are usually temporary issues.
Workaround	Visit your online banking website and log in to check that you can view your account information. In Bank feeds try downloading the transactions again.

Exception code	413
Description	Your request can't be completed due to unexpected variations at the site. This error is usually resolved in a few days.
Workaround	Please try again later.

Exception code	414
Description	Your request can't be completed as the requested account was not found at the site.
Workaround	Refresh your Bank feeds account settings: Sage Accounts > Bank accounts > double-click the bank record > clear the Enable Bank feeds check-box. Select the Enable Bank feeds check-box > Let's get started > Add > enter your bank and log in details again.

Description	Your request can't be completed due to technical difficulties at the site.
Workaround	Please try again later.

Exception code	416
Description	Your request can't be completed as another session was already established at the same time. This can occur in the following scenarios: Someone has already logged into the account. You try to download transactions while someone else is logged into the account. A download is in progress. If logged out improperly some websites don't allow another session until the old one expires.
Workaround	Log out of your online banking account using the correct log out process. In Bank feeds try downloading the transactions again later.

Description

Your request can't be completed as the type of account is not currently supported.

Workaround

As your account is not supported, you should remove your bank account details from the Bank feeds service:

Sage Accounts > Bank accounts > double-click the bank record > clear the Enable Bank feeds check-box > Save > Close.

Exception code	419
Description	Your request can't be completed due to unexpected variations at the site. This error is usually resolved in a few days.
Workaround	Please try again later.

Exception code	418
Description	Your request can't be completed due to technical difficulties at the site.
Workaround	Visit your online banking website and log in to check that you can view your account information. Check that you can successfully access all areas of the site. In Bank feeds try downloading the transactions again.

Exception code	420
Description	Your request can't be completed as the site has merged with another site.
Workaround	Check that you can log in to your online banking account directly. Sage Accounts > Bank accounts > double-click the bank record > Update banking password. Web: > check that the website address is the one you normally use for your online banking. If the web address is correct > enter your online banking credentials > Update > Close > Close. If the web address in step 3 is not correct, proceed to step 5. Sage Accounts > Bank accounts > double-click the bank record > clear the Enable Bank feeds check-box. Select the Enable Bank feeds check-box > Let's get started > Add > enter your bank and log in details again.

Description

Your request can't be completed as the language setting for your account is not English.

Workaround

Yodlee currently doesn't support sites in which the default language is not English. Please visit the site to change the language setting to English and try again.

Alternatively, to remove this site from the Bank feeds service:

Sage Accounts > Bank accounts > double-click the bank record > clear the Enable Bank feeds check-box > Save > Close.

Exception code	422
Description	Your request can't be completed as your account has been closed or cancelled.
Workaround	Visit your online banking website and check that your account is showing as closed, cancelled or inactive. If the account is closed, cancelled or inactive, to remove the account from the Bank feeds service > Sage Accounts > Bank accounts > double-click the bank record > clear the Enable Bank feeds check-box > Save > Close.

Exception code	423
Description	Your request can't be completed as the information for your account was unavailable.
Workaround	Please try again later. If the issue persists, visit your online banking website and check that you can access the required account information.

Exception code	424
Description	Your request can't be completed as the sites are temporarily down for maintenance. This problem is typically resolved in a few hours.
Workaround	Please try again later.

Exception code	425
Description	Your request can't be completed due to technical difficulties at the site.
Workaround	Please try again later.

Exception code	426
Description	Your request can't be completed due to technical difficulties. This problem is typically resolved in a few days. This occurs if a site blocks Yodlee from accessing their system. This is normally resolved quickly but while the service is blocked, Yodlee can't access the site.
Workaround	Please try again later.

Exception code	427
Description	Your request can't be completed as the site requires you to view a new promotion.
Workaround	Visit your online banking website and log in to your account. Acknowledge the promotion or request. In Bank feeds, try downloading your transactions again.

Exception code	428
Description	Your request can't be completed as the site requires you to accept new terms and conditions. TIP: For some sites Yodlee is permitted to accept the terms and conditions page. This error occurs for sites where Yodlee can't accept the terms and conditions.
Workaround	Visit your online banking website and log in to your account. Complete the request to verify the new terms and conditions. To locate this you may need to navigate to your account details. In Bank feeds, try downloading your transactions again.

Exception code	429
Description	Your request can't be completed as the site requires you to verify your personal information. In some cases if there's an option to ignore this and get to the account information page, the service does this.
Workaround	Visit your online banking website and log in to your account. Complete the request to update or verify your profile information. This request may occur after login or while navigating through the site. In Bank feeds, try downloading your transactions again.

Your request can't be completed as the site is no longer supported for data updates.

Workaround

As your bank account is no longer supported, you should remove your bank account details from the Bank feeds service:

Sage Accounts > Bank accounts > double-click the bank record > clear the Enable Bank feeds check-box > Save > Close.

Description	Your request can't be completed due to unexpected variations at the site. This error is usually resolved in a few days.

Description	Your request can't be completed due to unexpected variations at the site. This error is usually resolved in a few days.

Exception code	482
Description	Your request can't be completed as the billing telephone number was not entered.
Workaround	Please re-confirm and enter your primary telephone number (billing telephone number) and try again.

Exception code	485
Description	Your request can't be completed as the online accounts in your region are not supported. Verizon has transferred control of Verizon Hawaii to Hawaiian Telecom.
Workaround	The end site does not allow Hawaiian consumers to register online at this site. Please remove the account from the Bank feeds service.

Exception code	505
Description	Your request can't be completed as the security system used by the site is not supported.
Workaround	You must remove this bank account from Bank feeds: Sage Accounts > Bank accounts > double-click the bank record > clear the Enable Bank feeds check-box.

Exception code	506
Description	Your request can't be completed as new login information is required.
Workaround	Check that you can log in to your online banking account directly. Sage Accounts > Bank accounts > double-click the bank record > Update banking password. Enter your online banking credentials > Update > Close > Close.

Description	Your request can't be completed due to the problem in updating the account.
Workaround	Please try again.

Exception code	508
Description	Your request can't be completed as the required security information could not be retrieved within the given time.
Workaround	Please try again later.

Exception code	509
Description	Your request can't be completed as the device information provided is no longer valid at the site.
Workaround	Please contact Sage Technical Support.

Exception code	517
Description	Your request can't be completed due to technical difficulties. This error is usually resolved in a few days.
Workaround	Please try again later.

Exception code	518
Description	Your request can't be completed due to incomplete or incorrect additional security information.
Workaround	Check that you can log in to your online banking account directly. Sage Accounts > Bank accounts > double-click the bank record > Update banking password. Enter your online banking credentials > Update > Close > Close. Bank feeds > Download transactions.

Description	Your request can't be completed as security credentials are required to log in to the site.
Workaround	Check that you can log in to your online banking account directly. Sage Accounts > Bank accounts > double-click the bank record > Update banking password. Enter your online banking credentials > Update > Close > Close. Bank feeds > Download transactions.

Exception code	520
Description	Your request can't be completed due to incorrect security credentials. This occurs when additional security details, for example, a PIN, are entered incorrectly.
Workaround	Check that you can log in to your online banking account directly. Sage Accounts > Bank accounts > double-click the bank record > Update banking password. Enter your online banking credentials > Update > Close > Close. Bank feeds > Download transactions > if requested, enter any additional security details.

Description	Your request can't be completed as the required information is missing in the security authentication site.
Workaround	Check that you can log in to your online banking account directly. Sage Accounts > Bank accounts > double-click the bank record > clear the Enable Bank feeds check-box. Select the Enable Bank feeds check-box > Let's get started > Add > enter your bank and log in details again.

Description	Your request can't be completed due to request time out.
Workaround	This occurs if you don't provide the additional information requested within the required time. Please try again and enter the additional information requested.
