Check where to save the report
  • For Sage 200 v 2013 and 2015 you can find the location of the server by browsing to:< br/>
  • For 32 bit PC's, C:\Program files\Sage\Sage200\ Then find the file Sage 200CommonAppSettings and open it with notepad.
  • For 64 bit PC's, C:\Program Files (x86)\Sage\Sage200.
  • The Server root will be the location of the reports folder.
  • For earlier versions of Sage 200 you would browse to the same locations.
  • For 32 bit PC's, C:\Program files\Sage\Sage200\
  • For 64 bit PC's, C:\Program files(86)\Sage\Sage200.
  • Then find the file called Svn4win.ini and again open it with notepad.
Save the report
  • From the location you noted from the above go into the reports folder:
  • Defaults > Cashbook and rename the Foreign Bank Revaluation report by adding the word old to the beginning of the file name.
  • Then save the report you have downloaded into the same folder
  • You will now be using the new report
