The computation may have an item that has an incorrect or missing XBRL Tag. This can sometimes happen if you have made changes after tagging the computation.

1. Firstly check the company details section from the navigator to ensure your CRN and UTR are entered correctly
2. Click on Tag computation from the quick links and select 'start again'
3. Complete tagging your computation as normal
4. Go to online filing from the quick links and click on Start again
5. Continue to file as normal
