This error can also appear: 'Error with the address ([email protected]). Unknown error check windows event log for more details.' To resolve the error and email your documents, you can amend the settings in each service. Microsoft and Google authentication changes If you use SMTP and Microsoft or Google are your email providers, you need to change your settings to use Microsoft Outlook. As a workaround, you can set up an app password. Go to support.google.com for more information. You then need to apply the password within Email Defaults.  TIP: You can set up Sage 50 Accounts to email documents using Google Mail.
