Download and install the Fixed Reports Backup

1. To download the file, click the link below:
   • Sage 50 Accounts - Fixed Reports Backup
2. If prompted to save the file, browse to where you want to save the file, then click Save.
3. In your software, click File, then click Restore.
   If prompted to close other windows, click Yes
4. Click Browse, locate and select the file you downloaded, then click Open.
5. In the description box, check that it shows Report Files and Layout Templates only, then click OK
6. Click Yes, then click OK.
   

   NOTE: Although the confirmation message advises that data will be overwritten, this backup contains only report and layout files and doesn’t affect your data.

   
   
7. If prompted, enter your logon details, then click OK.

That's it. You can now use the updated reports in your software as normal.
