To resolve this issue please install the latest updates for your software. For futher help please visit, www.sage.co.uk/accountsupdates

NOTE: If you're unable to access the software updates, to temporarily resolve the issue, restart your computer. 

If the issue persists, try running your software as administrator. To do this, right-click the Sage Accounts shortcut and click Run as administrator.
