Resolution

To resolve this, you need to determine which employee is affected and remove the invalid characters. The Submission Log window indicates which employee is affected and the location of the error.

  1. Close the Submission Log and re-open the submission wizard, then continue through the internet submission wizard and print the employee list from the Important Information window.
  2. Locate the relevant employee that the Submission Log indicated.
  3. Close the submission wizard, then open the employee record and remove the invalid characters.
