Resolution | To resolve this, you need to determine which employee is affected and remove the invalid characters. The Submission Log window indicates which employee is affected and the location of the error. - Close the Submission Log and re-open the submission wizard, then continue through the internet submission wizard and print the employee list from the Important Information window.
- Locate the relevant employee that the Submission Log indicated.
- Close the submission wizard, then open the employee record and remove the invalid characters.
