e-Submissions Log
Description

The log shows summaries of submissions you've made, which you can filter by submission type, date and status.

You can also:

  • View details for a particular submission or notice to see what information and which employees were included
  • Print submission or notice details
  • Delete entries from the log
  • Obtain the correlation ID for a submission, which is a unique identifier. You can use this if HMRC contact you about the submissions you've made

View submission information

It's quick and easy to view the submissions you've made for each period.


  1. Click e-Submissions then click e-Submissions Log.

    By default, all submissions from any time with any status appear. If required, to filter the submissions you see, you can use the drop-down options at the top of the window.

  2. To view the details of a particular submission, select the submission then click Details.
  3. To delete a particular submission record from the log, select the submission then click Delete.
  4. To print the list of submissions, click Print then ensure your printer details are correct then click Print.

View applied mail information

  1. Click e-Submissions in the bottom left of your software then click e-Submissions Log.
  2. Click the Applied Mail tab.

    By default, all mail items at any time and relating to any tax year appear. If required, to filter the submissions you see, you can use the drop-down options at the top of the window.

  3. To view the details of a particular notice, select the notice then click Details.
  4. To delete a particular notice record from the log, select the notice then click Delete.
  5. To print the list of notices, click Print then ensure your printer details are correct then click Print.
