In Sage Accounts Production you can back up the whole client for all years. The default name of the backup is the client name, followed by a date and time stamp and the extension .ADS. For example, [Client Name]_20131105154340.ADS

1. Close any open datasets. To do this click File, then click Close dataset.
    NOTE: If this option is not there, the dataset is already closed.
2. Click Clients, then highlight the client you want to back up.
3. Click the Backup button. 
4. Click Create a backup of your data for support or security reasons then click Proceed.
5. If required, change the name of the backup then click OK.
