Use employee groups to keep different sets of employees together, to help process and report on them.
EXAMPLE:Group full and part-time employees separately, or group all employees who have a company car.
There isn't a limit to the number of groups you can create, and an employee can be a member of more than one group. If several people use Sage 50 Payroll and have their own login, each user can set up their own groups, which only they can view. You can also set up groups that are visible to everyone. Let's take a look.
