Batch Reporting
Description

Reduce the time you spend running reports each month or at year end, by running multiple reports at once using Batch Reporting. A set of reports grouped to run together is known as a batch report.

Create a new batch report

  1. On the menu bar, go to Tools, then select Batch Reporting.
  2. Select New and enter a name for your batch report.
  3. In Description enter a description.
  4. In the Available Reports pane, browse to and double-click the required reports.
  5. If required, to reorder the reports in the Selected Reports pane, select the report then press Move Up or Move Down.
  6. Press Save As, enter a file name for the batch report, then press Save.

Run a batch report

  1. On the menu bar, go to Tools, then select Batch Reporting.
  2. Select the Favourites or Batch reports folder as required.
  3. Select the required batch report.
  4. Select the Preview button, enter all required criteria, then press OK.
  5. To view each report, select the relevant tab across the top of the 'Preview' window.

You can use the Print, Email, or Export options for each individual report or all of them.

To do this:

  1. Select the dropdown arrow next to the relevant option.
