Batch Reporting
Description

Reduce the time you spend running reports each month or at year end, by running multiple reports at once using Batch Reporting. A set of reports grouped to run together is known as a batch report.

Create a new batch report

  1. On the menu bar click Tools, click Batch Reporting.
  2. Click New and enter a name for your batch report.
  3. In Description enter a description.
  4. In the Available Reports pane, browse to and double-click the required reports.
  5. If required, to reorder the reports in the Selected Reports pane, select the report then click Move Up or Move Down.
  6. Click Save As, enter a file name for the batch report, then click Save.

Run a batch report

  1. On the menu bar click Tools, click Batch Reporting.
  2. Click the Favourites or Batch reports folder as required.
  3. Click the required batch report.
  4. Click Preview, enter all required criteria then click OK.
  5. To view each report, click the relevant tab across the top of the Preview window.
  6. Select whether to complete the print, file, or email option for the current tab, or entire report by clicking the drop-down next to the relevant option.
