1. Select the document you want to amend, then click Edit.
2. Click the text box or data field you want to change.
3. In the Properties pane, click Text Style.
   
   TIP:

   If you can't see the properties pane, click View, then click Properties.

    

    

   
   
   
   
4. Change your font, size, effects colour and alignment where required, then click OK.
5. On the menu bar click File, then click Save As.
6. Enter a new file name then click Save.
7. On the menu bar click File, then click Exit.
