New documents attached to that printer can then automatically pick up the selected paper size.

If you've previously saved reports or layouts with a different paper size, these don't automatically update. Instead you edit the report or layout and save it with the new paper size.

1. Go to Start then Settings.
2. Select Devices, then Printers & scanners.
3. Choose the required printer then select Manage.
4. Select Printing preferences then the Advanced button.
5. Choose the required paper size then OK.
6. Click OK.
